  We control the process of production and ensure quality at every stage. This allows any necessary changes to be addressed early on reducing the rework time and costs. We deal with defective goods and resorting. We inspect every 2^nd -5^th box with the produced good. We ensure that any defective goods are replaced by the supplier.

  We act as a customer agent when working with China. We conduct payment through Chinese and Hong Kong bank accounts, provide legal services, and protect against fraud and delays. We pay the Chinese manufacturers only AFTER full inspection of the goods by our employees according to your terms of reference.

How to produce goods in China on a turnkey basis?

• Step 1

  Step 1 Application and detailed discussion

  Leave your name and phone number in the application form.
  Our manager will specify the details (batch size, terms, delivery method, etc.) Will consult on customs clearance, finance and documents.

• Step 2

  Step 2 Choosing a factory

  According to your requirements, we find and inspect several Chinese factories.
  As a result, you get a list of reliable enterprises ready to produce your order.

• Step 3

  Step 3 Sample production

  The selected factory produces several product samples.
  When the samples are ready, we send them to you for approval.

• Step 4

  Step 4 Signing the Contract and issuing an invoice

  Once you approve the quality of samples, we discuss in detail and fix terms of delivery, issue invoices, and sign the contract. At this stage, advance payment is 30%.

• Step 5

  Step 5 Goods production

  After receiving advance payment, production begins. We control the quality of all goods at all stages of production. We are in constant contact with you and, if necessary make adjustments to the production process.

• Step 6

  Step 6 Completion of production

  We inform you of the production completion, and you transfer the remaining 70% of payment + 5% of our commission. We will not transfer the money to the Chinese manufacturer until we check the quality of the entire batch of goods and remove the defective goods.

• Step 7

  Step 7 Control of shipped goods

  Our manager goes to the factory warehouse to check the quality, opening every second box. If there are any defective goods, we return them to the factory and make up the final Quality Control report. All the final set of documents (invoice, report, packing list, etc.) will be sent to you.

• Step 8

  Step 8 Delivery to your city

  We discuss the details of delivery (by air / sea/ rail or road). In the warehouse, we pack, weigh and measure goods, and issue a delivery note. The invoice includes cargo insurance (2%) and packaging. Customer pays this invoice in his/her respective city upon receipt.
